TAR SSRs are manufactured with New Generation technology by using isolation diffused and glass passivated chips which allows direct soldering on the DCB(direct copper bonded) ceramic substrate without molybdenum strain buffer. This results in almost direct contact between chip and heatsink thereby dissipating heat the shortest way from active component. TAECL’s DC/AC & AC/AC Solid State Relays are designed for controlling large amounts of power with a low level DC Logic Input Signal. They incorporate dual SCR/Triac output designed to provide full wave capacity with high dv/dt capability. Having Zero Crossing switch on drive circuitry minimizing the effect of high current surge generation.
