SOLID STATE RELAYS available in triac output upto 40 amps and back to back thyristor output upto 300 amps.

Available for single phase and three phase applications for DC or AC input.

Dual packages available.

TAECL implement New Generation Technology by using isolation diffused and glass passivated thyrister chips which allows direct soldering on the DCB (Direct copper bonded) ceramic substrate without molybdenum strain buffer.
